Meet Julie

I started my design career as a hairdresser loving that fact that I could help people with colour and style, from hairdressing I moved into interior design working as a curtain and colour consultant for Levene, and for the last 28 years my passion for design has grown from strength to strength.

Adding the texture, layering and the right depth of colour is what I can help you with, whether it be one room or your entire home. With our free measure and quote service I can advise you on fabrics for drapes .... right down to the which lining is most suitable for your needs. I can also advise on blinds and shutters... the ranges of both are huge!

Once your window treatments are complete, maybe a feature wall of gorgeous wallpaper might be just the thing you are looking for to give you the WOW factor. I can help with all these decisions to make your journey into creating a wonderful home environment a pleasure not a stress.

Opening a store was a long held dream, finally realised in October 2016. Sophie & Julie's The Whole Nine Yards is a vibrant, fun place to visit but the passion of both of us is evident in every detail in the store.
